I took away so much from this course. I had no idea about all of the exposures that we use in our everyday lives and how it effects our overall health and environment. I had always wondered why it seemed like more women had been struggling with infertility or how babies are born with certain birth defects. Some of the answers was in this course. I am so mindful of what I put in me and my family's bodies now. I have begin to make lifestyle changes. Since I have taken this class I no longer buy paper plates, I do not purchase bottled water, and when searching for a house I am going to be mindful of the buildings and factories in that area. I enjoyed the readings and learning about the different pesticides in fruits and vegetables. This course provided really good information that I can teach to others to spread awareness so that we can help our environment and save the animals, insects, plants, and our overall population.

The group blogging was great too. It was nice to see other opinions on the topics and to know that I was not the only person that was not aware of certain things. I also enjoyed the feedback and learning from the group as well.

  1. Hi Brittany,
Thank you for sharing, during this course of the environmental health, I learned a lot about the products, toxins, and chemicals that we deal and expose to it. Many things had been changed in my life, now, I am more aware about the product that I used and I check them before I purchase it.
